my camera is one of my most-priced possessions... with it I can take photos of everything that catches my attention...
i am a street photographer first and foremost, more than being an event photographer...

header photo taken by my better half, Jeremy Sauza Cruz before our Canon 550d, Leigh, died. I meant took a hiatus. but in faith that she will be restored. :D

enjoy my photoblogs as i try to mirror my days with these photos!

P.S. my blog's name is Through Angel Eyes because I get compliments for my eyes a lot. One guy said I have ethereal eyes, while one called me Angel Eyes...

kids

the other night, i saw a young girl begging from a luxury car. sadly, the driver just waved her away. it made me sad to think that there are others richly blessed with money yet they have no heart to even give a few pesos to the needy ones. here are some photos i took before of kids who live in the streets or kids who are in a desperate situation at that certain moment.

[Solvent] From this view, one might wonder what the boy is doing. From another view, which I intentionally did not capture, the boy would be seen holding a plastic to his nose, a most common thing to do among the street kids who are into sniffing solvent.

[Hug Me Tight] I was in a car when I happened to see this little girl from a far, holding on tightly to an old skateboard. I was touched on how she values something so used and beaten.
[Dad Don't Leave] The young kid looks like he was begging his dad not to leave him there but at that moment, the dad seemed so adamant on leaving his kid under the sun.
[Cold Pavement] Was doing street photography along Ortigas Business District when I saw this young girl at a corner. That was the first time I've seen a street kid in that side of town.
